Experience Required: Minimum 1 year Age Limit: Up to 45 years Job Type: On-roll, Permanent (No probation period join as a full-time employee from Day 1!) Qualifications: Graduate Postgraduate in any discipline

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and manage Business Managers (BMs) Ensure BMs build and train teams of Personal Financial Advisors (PFAs) Conduct regular team meetings to drive earnings and productivity
Collaborate with the training team for effective onboarding and upskilling
Achieve individual and team sales targets Engage and convert leads shared by Head Office through SAMS Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and policy retention Resolve client and team escalations promptly and professionally

Should be between the age of 30-45 years and

Must be from Life Insurance background.
