Job Description

You will be working as an Assistant Manager in the Employee Relations department, specifically focusing on Queries and Grievances. Your primary responsibility will involve handling queries and grievances from employees. You will play a crucial role in addressing employee concerns and ensuring a positive and supportive work environment. As an Assistant Manager, you will collaborate with the recruiting team to support Corporate and Senior Leader hiring needs. Your role will involve coordinating interviews, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in the interview process, and providing an excellent experience to candidates, hiring managers, and other team members. You will also assist in various administrative tasks related to corporate recruiting. Your responsibilities will include scheduling interviews, coordinating additional meetings, preparing recruiting resources, drafting offer letters, and setting up new hires in the Applicant Tracking System. You will also support onboarding processes and candidate travel arrangements, specifically related to purchase order and expense management. Additionally, you may work on special projects focusing on reporting, recruiting effectiveness, and enhancing candidate experience. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or human resources. You must have experience in coordinating meetings or interviews in a high-volume and fast-paced work environment. Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook and Excel, are essential. Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and familiarity with recruitment work will be advantageous. The preferred qualifications for this role include experience with Paradox, PeopleSoft, and SuccessFactors. Building relationships, interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization, and demonstrating flexibility in dealing with changing priorities are key attributes that will contribute to your success in this role. This is a full-time position based in India, with the primary location in Hyderabad.
