Executive HRMIS will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS). Key responsibilities include data entry, report generation, HR analytics, employee records management, and ensuring data accuracy. The role involves coordinating with HR teams to optimize system functionalities, generating payroll and compliance reports, and supporting HR decision-making through data insights.
Proficiency in HR software, Excel, and data analysis is essential. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information efficiently.
Prior experience in HRMIS or HR analytics is preferred.
