Job summary

The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data from the Reserve Bank of Indias (RBI) Import Data Processing and Monitoring System (IDPMS) and Export Data Processing and Monitoring System (EDPMS) portals. The role involves identifying compliance and non-compliance cases related to import and export transactions, preparing detailed reports for management, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues as per actionable guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:

Extract and analyze data from RBIs IDPMS and EDPMS portals to identify compliance and non-compliance cases.
Monitor the status of Bills of Entry (BoE) and Shipping Bills (SB) to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Compliance Monitoring:

Track and document instances of non-compliance, including delayed submissions, discrepancies, and other irregularities.
Ensure all import and export transactions adhere to RBI guidelines and regulations

Actions:

Work closely with internal departments, including finance, operations, to address compliance issues.
Implement actionable guidelines to address non-compliance cases.
Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance compliance monitoring and reporting.
