Ideal Candidate Would Have

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate combination of education and experience
• +1 year software implementation experience with ability to understand data structures and configuration types
• Proficiency in API protocols and frameworks
• Experience with data analysis and automation tools like Alteryx or similar
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python
• Experience with JavaScript will be preferred, but not required
• SaaS or Technology experience highly preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients, either related to implementation-related topics or lead internal enablement sessions
• High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and professionalism
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Open-minded and willing to learn
• Excellent organization and time management skills
