Key Responsibilities:

• Task Allocation

  : Execute and monitor task assignments, ensuring the right contributors are matched to projects based on skills, availability, and project-specific requirements.

• Queue Manageme

  nt: Oversee the assignment queue, ensuring alignment with priority, quality, and throughput needs. Proactively adjust assignments based on real-time project demands or contributor availability.

• System Utilization & Documentation

  : Use internal allocation systems, such as Worker Teams and team funnels, to maintain and manage tasker permissions, assignments, and configuration. Ensure accurate record-keeping of contributor and project allocation data.

• Escalation & Issue Resolution

  : Identify and escalate any assignment or performance issues impacting project timelines or quality standards. Coordinate with relevant teams to troubleshoot allocation-related concerns.

• Continuous Improveme

  nt: Participate in initiatives to refine allocation processes, addressing recurring issues and optimizing assignment logic to improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  1+ year experience in task allocation, resource management, or operations support, preferably in a high-volume, quality-sensitive environment.

• Skills

  : Excellent organizational and time-management skills; strong communication skills for contributor interaction and cross-functional collaboration.

• Technical

  : Familiarity with resource management tools and systems; proficiency with Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.), Slack, project management software and proficiency with SQL (creating and updating queries/dashboards).
