Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Alliance Partnership Manager located in Gurugram. The Alliance Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying and establishing strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, and fostering collaborative relationships with external stakeholders. The role includes day-to-day duties such as analyzing market trends, developing partnership strategies, and ensuring alignment between organizational objectives and partner engagements. The candidate will also play a critical role in communication and negotiation to enhance value propositions for all stakeholders involved.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Analytical Skills for market assessment and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong expertise in building and managing Strategic Partnerships and fostering collaborations
  • Experience in Account Management to maintain and grow key relationships
  • Effective Communication and negotiation skills to build trust and alignment with partners
  • Ability to strategize and execute partnership plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry or related sectors is a plus
  • Proven track record of developing successful partnerships and achieving measurable outcomes
