Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Lead expansion and growth across India

•⁠ ⁠Build and manage a strong reseller network

•⁠ ⁠Drive sales, pricing, and stock planning

•⁠ ⁠Oversee brand activations, events, and partnerships

•⁠ ⁠Guide marketing, vendor, and logistics operations

•⁠ ⁠Ensure smooth reporting and communication with HQ

What We’re Looking For

•⁠ ⁠3–7 years of experience in brand building or project management

•⁠ ⁠Background in lifestyle, outdoor gear, or D2C brands

•⁠ ⁠Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills

•⁠ ⁠Team leadership and event execution experience

•⁠ ⁠Fluent in English (Hindi/regional language a plus)

Good to Have

•⁠ ⁠Connection with outdoor/adventure communities

•⁠ ⁠Passion for sustainability or minimal living

•⁠ ⁠Experience in supply chain or influencer marketing

Role Details

•⁠ ⁠Location: Flexible/Remote (with travel as needed)

•⁠ ⁠Compensation: Base salary + performance bonus
