Algorithm Engineer 27051Detailed Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve DL/ML training sets and associated workflow processes
• Evaluate and improve DL/ML learning model performance
• Compare and assess various DL/ML learning models
• Develop and implement algorithms to improve signal-to-noise ratio in images (extracting information from noisy conditions)
• Collaborate with local and global teams across all phases of product lifecycles
• Work with product engineering teams to define and meet performance specifications
• Provide technical support during product demos and beta testing
• Partner with domain experts from other functional teams on customer engagement projects
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong background in at least one of the following: Image Processing, Computer Vision, Pattern Recognition
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, Linux shell scripting, and OOP
• Ability to learn/work with source code control software
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  

Education & Experience Requirements

• PhD with 0 years related work experience
• Master’s degree with 3+ years related work experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years related work experience
  

Must-Haves

• Experience range: 3 to 8 years
• PhD with 0 years (acceptable only from Tier 1 institutions) OR
• M.Tech + 3 years OR
• B.Tech + 5 years
• Algorithm Development – Minimum 3 years
• Computer Vision – Minimum 3 years
• Image Processing – Minimum 3 years
• C++ – Minimum 3 years
• Experience in a product company (current or past) is mandatory
• No employment gaps
• Job stability required (minimum 2 years in an organization)
