About the Role

Senior AI Architect


Core Responsibilities

  • Design, optimize, and evaluate advanced deep learning architectures (U-Net, YOLO variants, transformer-based models)
  • Explore innovative algorithmic approaches and conduct comparative experiments for new challenges
  • Lead data purification, annotation, augmentation, and dataset optimization efforts (with focus on transfer learning)
  • Define success metrics and analyze model performance across multiple tasks and environments
  • Present findings through visualizations, reports, and internal technical review sessions
  • Collaborate on deployment strategy by selecting optimal algorithmic solutions based on scalability and real-world constraints


Required Qualifications

  • PhD with

    minimum 5 years of experience

    OR MS/MTech with

    minimum 8 years of experience

    in Algorithm Development
  • Strong background (5+ years) in

    Deep Learning and Computer Vision

  • Proven hands-on experience in

    PyTorch and end-to-end model training workflows

  • Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts and lead technical discussions


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with experiment tracking tools (TensorBoard, Weights & Biases, ClearML)
  • Experience in cross-platform development and system integration
  • Proven exposure to scalable deployment environments


Industry & Background Preference

  • Must have experience

    in product-based, semiconductor, hardware manufacturing, or engineering product companies
  • Previous experience in applied AI research or ML product development preferred

    HCL

    should not be considered
  • No

    B.Sc/BCA graduates

  • No employment gaps; must have

    minimum 2 years tenure at each organization
