We are looking for an ambitious and energetic candidate to : Manage the Daily client support function via excellent written and verbal communication. Assist the Product and Business Development functions Lead a team of experienced staff members who are all PGs/MBAs with an experience of 3+years. Expand our clientele, provide support to the existing clients, and manage internal operations. Help drive continuous improvement of our service levels and an excellent client experience. Help drive business growth by participating in the development of Sales, Digital Marketing and Market Research functions. The goal is to drive sustainable business growth by providing strong client support and building lasting relationships with our global clients. Successful candidates will be provided with thorough training and a progressive career path.One will be exposed to areas of Business Development, Digital Marketing, Technical Research, and Financial Market Analysis. The Specific Work Streams Will Include The Following Activities Leading the existing teams and managing the functions of Sales and Client Support. Studying competition and evolving markets continuously, to assist in improving and developing our own product Managing client relationships and ensuring impeccable customer service. Interacting with our potential & existing high potential clients across the Globe, about the products that we offer. Taking charge of the headcount requirement and assisting in hiring, as and when required. Training, grooming, mentoring and performance management of the junior team members. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial services industry happenings and current events. Study the ongoing economic events in the global capital market.
