Experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer with experience in software development and a strong expertise in AJO development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and maintain Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) applications to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement AJO capabilities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AJO and AEP implementations, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Create AJO Journeys and campaigns with the industry best practices and able to Maintain and report effectively
Design and implement advanced offer decisioning using AJOs platform capability, including decision scopes and evaluation logic.
Manage Offer Catalogs, Placements, eligibility rules, and ranking to support dynamic, cross-channel personalization.
Integrate decisioning with AEP Real-Time Customer Profile and Segments using XDM-compliant schemas.
Optimize offer performance via A/B testing, fallback logic, frequency capping, and journey-level insights.
Qualifications:
Strong expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) development.
Strong expertise in configuration Offer Decision
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and integrating AEP with other technologies and platforms is a plus.
Proficiency in developing and maintaining AEP data models, schemas, and system integrations.
Solid experience in data integration, working with databases, and understanding data management principles.
Knowledge of SQL and creating audience segmentation effectively in Campaigns.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
