Airport Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities

Demand Generation & Interdepartmental Coordination:

• Interdepartmental Coordination to generate demand: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Client Services teams to accurately forecast demand, align operational capacity with upcoming needs, and identify opportunities for proactive service delivery.
• Establish robust communication channels and processes between departments to ensure a unified approach to meeting customer requirements.
• Translate sales forecasts into operational planning, resource allocation, and fleet requirements.

Fulfillment Operations & Service Delivery:

• Ensure 100% fulfillment: Oversee daily operations to ensure all customer orders/service requests are fulfilled completely, on time, and within quality standards.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to minimize service disruptions, reduce error rates, and optimize workflow efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fulfillment rates, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Driver & Fleet Management:

• Driver Management and Retention: Lead all aspects of driver management, including recruitment assistance, onboarding, training, performance monitoring, and compliance.
• Implement strategies to enhance driver engagement, satisfaction, and retention rates, recognizing drivers as a critical asset to the operation.
• Ensure all fleet operations comply with relevant safety regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
• Manage driver scheduling, dispatching, and capacity utilization to maximize efficiency.

Pricing Strategy & Financial Management:

• Manage Pricing: Develop, implement, and monitor competitive and profitable pricing strategies for services or deliveries.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and operational costs to adjust pricing dynamically and maximize margins.
• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate billing, manage costs, and track revenue performance.
