We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Ground Staff. Job Overview: As an Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all passengers and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the airport. You will be the face of our company and will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our customers. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist passengers at the airport check-in counter, boarding gate, and baggage claim area
Check and verify passengers' travel documents and provide necessary information and assistance
Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors, elderly or disabled passengers
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
Coordinate with other airport staff, including ground crew, security, and airline staff, to ensure efficient and safe operation
Monitor flight schedules and communicate any changes or delays to passengers
Conduct security checks and ensure compliance with airport regulations and procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure the safety and security of all airport facilities
Handle cash and credit card transactions for airport services, such as baggage fees and lounge access
Assist in the boarding and deboarding of passengers and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the process
Provide information on flight schedules, gate changes, and other necessary updates to passengers
Perform other duties as assigned by the Airport Manager. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience in the aviation industry is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of airport operations and regulations is a plus
