Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Airline Process Associate located in Al Saudia. The Airline Process Associate will be responsible for handling various business processes, providing exceptional customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to streamline operations. Key tasks include processing financial transactions, supporting business process outsourcing activities, and ensuring effective communication within the organization.

Qualifications

• Possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills

• Demonstrate excellent Analytical Skills

• Experience in Finance and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
• Proficient in using relevant software and technology

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Prior experience in the aviation industry is an advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
