Job Description

Your role
We are looking for RSE, with expertise in handling of UPG/STD Airframe (ATA 50 to 57); Hydro Mech & Cargo (ATA 11, 12, 21, 25, 26, 28, 29, 32, 33, 50 (A350) and 7X) for Airbus. The RSE should be able to independently perform the analysis for the Airbus UPG/STD SBs for Aircraft programs of WB, SA, LR, MB & XWB.In this role you will play a key role in:

Must be able to take responsibility for creating the Service Bulletin (SB) preparation file containing all technical information which enables the SB production.

Coordination of the service bulletin technical approval to ensure that the SB meets customer requirements in terms of safety, quality, lead-time and cost.

Contribute to the overall SB planning activity to provide support to customers for queries linked to the SB technical content

SB Investigation and Preparation:
On receipt of the SBO for investigation, study the feasibility of the SB based on the related Engg. Source date (MOD, TRS, ITD and drawings etc..) Define the SB applicability based on the Mod-build-up and complete the SBO. Take the lead for Multi ATA SBs (Organize a Kick-off-Meeting with the other Airbus technical domains to define their contribution to the SB preparation file). Analyse and prepare the technical solutions (identify the PRE and POST solutions). Identify the required Engineering contribution (Eg. Drawings- Design office) Coordinate all available engineering data (TRS, ITD, TFU, VSB, W&B, ELD and other Engineering source data) Complete the SB preparation file and provide it to the Production center followed by Authoring-KoM. Act as a focal point with the responsible Design office teams, SATAIR teams, Airworthiness teams etc. Check all ITDs, TRMs, VSBs are mature enough and identify the delegations with the signature authority.

SB Technical Check, Technical Approval and Airworthiness Approval
Launch and follow-up the SB technical check in SAMM- Technical Approval stage. Technically check the SB. Negotiate the comments not accepted when given by Airbus scrutiny participants. Monitor and do the synthesis of the comments made during the technical check. Launch DCR and perform DCR KoM as and when necessary. Identify DAE scrutiny participants and Launch Airworthiness Approval. Close the Airworthiness approval loop after approval and make SB ready for dispatch.

Planning and Support:
Contribute to the overall SB planning. Support front desk to technically answer for airline query. Technically support the entire SB process. Negotiate the planning with the justification as and when required. Managing the workload and maintaining the OTD (on time deliveries) and quality. Estimate the timeline and make realistic commitment with the project leader. Active Participation in customer communication for any queries. Ability to work as per priority of the SB P1, P2 etc.

Your profile

Minimum 2 to 10 Years of experience of aircraft engineering & Design of Airframe and Hydro Mech & Cargo domain.

Good Understanding of the airline operating and maintenance environment

Familiarize with Airbus standards of S1000D, iSpec 2200, and ASD STE 100

Good in MOD & TRS Analysis for German & French contribution

Knowledge on cold working topics, Inspection SB and Modification SBs..
