Role & responsibilities

  • Book and issue domestic and international airline tickets
  • Handle ticket cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds as per airline policies.
  • Assist customers with flight inquiries, travel itineraries, fare details, and baggage policies.
  • Coordinate with airlines and travel agents to resolve customer issues.
  • Manage special requests like meal preferences, wheelchair assistance, or pet travel.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions.
  • Stay updated with airline policies, fare rules, visa regulations, and travel documentation.
  • Provide timely and professional customer support via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Search and book hotels based on client preferences and budget.
  • Negotiate rates and manage group bookings or corporate tie-ups.
  • Handle hotel cancellations, modifications, and special requests (e.g., early check-in, late check-out).
