Role & responsibilities Process flight bookings using GDS systems Manage air ticketing operations for international and domestic travel bookings Issue, modify, and cancel airline tickets Process refunds, exchanges, and special requests Provide exceptional customer service to clients by resolving any issues or concerns related to their travel plans. Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and refunds. Preferred candidate profile 1-2 years domestic and international air ticketing experience GDS certification (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) Knowledge of airline fare rules and procedures Strong customer service skills Attention to detail and accuracy IATA certification Degree or Diploma in Travel/Tourism
