About the job: We are seeking an experienced Event Executive to join our team, specializing in destination weddings, corporate events, and other high-end events. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events from conception to completion. 2. Manage hospitality arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and guest services. 3. Coordinate with catering teams, restaurants, and bars to ensure exceptional culinary experiences. 4. Oversee event logistics, including setup, teardown, and equipment management. 5. Assist in managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness. 6. Work closely with the event team to ensure successful event execution and provide support as needed. 7.
