Responsibilities:
Using to find flights, book tickets, and manage reservations.
Answering customer inquiries about flights, fares, and schedules, as well as handling changes, cancellations, and refunds.
Determining the correct fares and taxes for tickets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with airline regulations.
Interacting with airlines and other travel agencies to confirm bookings and resolve issues.
Maintaining accurate records of bookings, payments, and other relevant information.
Preferred- shall have Diploma in Travel and Tourism./IATA HOLDER
