Airlines ticketing jobs involve using computer reservation systems (CRS) to book and manage airline tickets for customers. Responsibilities: Booking and Ticketing: Using to find flights, book tickets, and manage reservations. Customer Service: Answering customer inquiries about flights, fares, and schedules, as well as handling changes, cancellations, and refunds. Fare Calculation and Pricing: Determining the correct fares and taxes for tickets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with airline regulations. Communication: Interacting with airlines and other travel agencies to confirm bookings and resolve issues. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of bookings, payments, and other relevant information. Education qualification: Minimum HSC & above. Computer savvy. Preferred- shall have Diploma in Travel and Tourism./IATA HOLDER
