Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Air Export Manager based in Delhi, India. The Air Export Manager will be responsible for overseeing export activities, managing customs brokerage and forwarding processes, handling ocean freight operations, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients and transportation partners, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and streamlining the export process for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Customs Brokerage and Forwarding
• Proficiency in managing Export and Ocean freight activities
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is a plus
