Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Delhi for Air Export Customer Services or Pricing. The role involves providing excellent customer service, managing air export operations, handling freight negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients and internal teams, preparing shipping documents, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and pricing negotiations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Export and Freight management
• Capability to provide Training to new team members
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling complex logistics
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in air export operations and/or freight pricing
• Knowledge of air cargo documentation, airline booking platforms, and pricing mechanisms
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer service orientation with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and industry software
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
