Role Description

AI/ML Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured training modules in

  Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

• Conduct interactive classroom sessions

  , workshops, and hands-on lab activities
• Develop and update

  course curriculum, presentations, assignments, and project materials

• Guide students through real-world AI/ML projects

  and practical implementations
• Assess learner performance through quizzes, assignments, and project evaluations
• Provide mentorship, doubt resolution, and career guidance to students
• Stay updated with the latest

  AI/ML trends, tools, and industry practices

• Collaborate with internal trainers and academic teams to enhance course quality

• Participate in curriculum reviews, bootcamps, and training events

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field

  (preferred)
• Relevant certifications in AI/ML or Data Science are an added advantage

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of

  Machine Learning fundamentals

  (Supervised & Unsupervised Learning)
• Knowledge of

  Deep Learning basics

  (Neural Networks, CNNs, RNNs)
• Proficiency in

  Python

  for AI/ML development
• Hands-on experience with:
• NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib
• Scikit-learn
• TensorFlow / Keras / PyTorch (any one preferred)
• Understanding of

  data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

• Familiarity with Jupyter Notebook / Google Colab

• Basic knowledge of statistics and linear algebra for ML

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner
