AI/ML Lead

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI/ML architectures with Python tailored for real-time and batch processing use cases.
• Lead the development of robust, end-to-end AI pipelines, including advanced data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, and deployment.
• Define and drive the integration of AI solutions across cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with optimized cost-performance trade-offs.
• Architect and deploy multimodal AI systems, leveraging advanced NLP (e.g., LLMs, OpenAI-based customizations, scanned invoice data extraction), computer vision (e.g., inpainting, super-resolution scaling, video-based avatar generation), and generative AI technologies (e.g., video and audio generation).
• Integrate domain-specific AI solutions, such as reinforcement learning, and self-supervised learning models.
• Implement distributed training and inferencing pipelines using state-of-the-art frameworks.
• Drive model optimization through quantization, pruning, sparsity techniques, and mixed-precision training to maximize performance across GPU hardware.
• Develop scalable solutions using large vision-language models (VLMs) and large language models (LLMs).
• Define and implement MLOps practices for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated model deployment using tools like Kubernetes, Docker, Kubeflow, and FastAPI.
• Enable seamless integration of databases (SQL Server, MongoDB, NoSQL) with AI workflows.
• Drive cutting-edge research in AI/ML, including advancements in RLHF, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multimodal knowledge graphs.
• Experiment with emerging generative technologies, such as diffusion models for video generation and neural audio synthesis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver AI-driven business solutions aligned with organizational goals.
