AI/ML Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Chatbot development, and Generative AI. The role involves building intelligent conversational systems, integrating LLMs with enterprise data, and delivering scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop chatbots and GenAI applications using LLMs with RAG pipelines.
• Implement semantic search, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Fine-tune and optimize models for domain-specific use cases.
• Collaborate with teams to deploy and scale AI solutions.
• Continuously monitor and improve chatbot performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years in AI/ML, NLP, or Conversational AI.
• Strong in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.).
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, or similar GenAI APIs.
• Cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure) knowledge preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
