AI/ML Engineer

Fabric is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to architect and optimize AI/ML pipelines for their interview platform. The role involves training LLMs, managing data curation processes, and designing AI/ML workflows from experimentation to production. Key Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize multiple AI/ML pipelines that power the core interview platform
• Train and improve LLMs for natural, engaging conversations
• Own and establish robust data curation processes
• Design and manage multiple AI/ML workflows from experimentation to production deployment
• Collaborate with the team to ship innovative AI features
• Drive important AI/ML architectural decisions
• Work closely with the founding team to align technical implementation with product vision

Must Have Skills

• Advanced Python with data science libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, numpy)
• NLP & LLMs (transformer models, embeddings, tokenization, text processing)
• Prompt engineering for LLM applications
• Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems and vector databases
• AI/ML system deployment
• Conversational AI systems
