About the Role:

We’re hiring a highly skilled AI/ML Developer with 6–7 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying robust Machine Learning solutions. This is an onsite role in Pune, ideal for professionals who are passionate about artificial intelligence, data-driven solutions, and real-world implementation of cutting-edge algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI and Machine Learning models.
• Work on data preprocessing, model selection, training, tuning, and validation.
• Implement predictive modeling, NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems as per project needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product integration and deployment.
• Monitor model performance and optimize regularly for accuracy and speed.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI/ML frameworks, tools, and techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• 6–7 years of proven experience in Machine Learning and AI projects.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, OpenCV, or Keras.
• Solid experience in data preprocessing, model training, hyperparameter tuning, and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with NLP, deep learning, or computer vision projects is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps tools.
• Experience with version control (Git) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) preferred.
• Excellent communication skills — ability to present complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
