AI/ML Developer

We’re looking for a passionate and curious AI/ML Developer to join our team. Whether you're a fresher with strong fundamentals or a developer with a few years of experience in building intelligent systems, this role offers the opportunity to work on exciting machine learning and data-driven solutions.

You’ll be responsible for developing, training, and deploying machine learning models, working with large datasets, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to turn data into real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models for real-world use cases
• Work with structured and unstructured data, performing data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation
• Design and implement pipelines for data ingestion and model training
• Collaborate with software developers, data engineers, and domain experts to integrate AI/ML solutions into products
• Research and experiment with new algorithms and techniques to solve business problems
• Monitor the performance of models in production and continuously optimize them
• Present insights, models, and solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Maintain clear documentation and follow best practices in coding and versioning

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of hands-on experience or academic projects in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence
• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or R, with experience using libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Solid understanding of ML concepts such as supervised/unsupervised learning, feature engineering, model evaluation
• Knowledge of data handling tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL
• Familiarity with NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning techniques is a plus
• Understanding of REST APIs and integration of ML models into web applications
• Experience with version control tools like Git
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
