Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AI Voice & Text-based Chatbot Developer located in Vadodara. The Chatbot Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining AI-driven voice and text-based chatbots. Daily tasks include implementing Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, programming chatbot functions, continuously improving and training machine learning models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate chatbots into various platforms. The role demands close attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI Voice Agent Development and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Familiarity with Twilio or Vonage for voice capabilities.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Proficiency in Programming and Software Development
• Knowledge of Machine Learning
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the beverage or related industries is a plus
• Knowledge of UX design principles for conversational interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a voice and text-based chatbot using platforms such as Voiceflow, Dialogflow, or Rasa.
• Integrate the Voice agent with our CRM
• Implement natural language understanding (NLU) capabilities to accurately interpret and respond to user inputs.
• Develop and maintain conversational flows and ensure the chatbot provides accurate and helpful responses.
• Test, debug, and refine the chatbot to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver a high-quality product.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and improve the chatbot’s performance based on user feedback and interaction data.

This is not a remote job. The Job is from office in Vadodara Gujarat. Do not apply if you are not planning to work from Vadodara and from office.

Office hours are Monday to Friday - 9.30am to 6.30pm.
