AI Video Designer

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Powered Content Creation:

  Work with product and creative teams to design image and video content using cutting-edge Generative AI tools.

• End-to-End Video Production:

  Manage the full video lifecycle — from ideation and storyboarding to scripting, shooting plans, and post-production.

• Prompt Engineering:

  Develop optimized prompts to maximize creative output across AI image, video, and animation platforms.

• Photo & Video Editing:

  Enhance AI-generated visuals with professional-grade editing for commercials, digital, and branded content.

• Model Tuning & Exploration:

  Experiment with model fine-tuning and workflows to elevate visual quality and innovation.

• Cinematic Storytelling:

  Craft emotionally engaging narratives using framing, pacing, and visual grammar.

• Post-Production Excellence:

  Integrate VFX, SFX, motion graphics, transitions, and dynamic text for storytelling impact.

• Color Correction & Grading:

  Apply consistent color workflows and tone alignment across all visual content.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Partner with writers, art directors, content strategists, and engineers to align creative direction with campaign goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Generative AI Tools:

  Strong command of AI image/video generation tools and prompt design.

• Editing Software:

• Video: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Magix Vegas Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Photo: Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator.
• Animation/VFX: Blender, Cinema 4D, or After Effects.

• Filmmaking Knowledge:

  Expertise in cinematography, lighting, shot composition, and visual continuity.

• Storyboarding & Scripting:

  Ability to translate concepts into compelling storyboards and structured scripts.

• Attention to Detail:

  Precision in animation, pacing, and frame composition.

• Color Theory & Grading:

  Understanding of LUTs, tone mapping, and color psychology.

• Creative Ideation:

  Capable of generating innovative visual concepts blending AI and classic film techniques.

• Tech-Savvy:

  Up to date with AI media tools, plugins, and emerging trends.

• Strong Communication:

  Excellent collaboration and presentation skills.
