Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI Trainer located in Ahmedabad. The AI Trainer will be responsible for creating training material, developing AI models, conducting training sessions, evaluating the performance of AI systems, and providing feedback for continuous improvement. The AI Trainer will collaborate with various teams to ensure the effective deployment and implementation of AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing AI models and training materials
• Strong skills in conducting training sessions and performance evaluation
• Proficiency in various AI and machine learning tools and software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Experience in the recruitment or HR industry is a plus
