AI Trainer

We are looking for an AI Trainer with strong industry exposure to train students and professionals in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and related technologies. The trainer should have hands-on industry experience in applying AI solutions to real-world business problems, and the ability to bring those insights into the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom and online sessions on AI, ML, Deep Learning, NLP, and related technologies.
• Share real-world industry use cases and help students bridge the gap between theory and practice.
• Design project-based learning modules reflecting current industry applications (chatbots, recommendation systems, computer vision, etc.).
• Guide students in end-to-end projects (data collection, preprocessing, modeling, deployment).
• Help learners prepare for industry certifications (AWS AI/ML, Microsoft AI, Google AI).
• Mentor students on career paths, portfolio building, and interview preparation.
• Collaborate with the placement team to align training with industry job roles (AI Engineer, Data Scientist, ML Engineer, AI Analyst).
• Stay updated on emerging AI trends (Generative AI, LLMs, AI ethics, automation).

Required Skills & Expertise

• 3–7 years of combined industry and teaching/training experience in AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Python, ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience in deploying AI solutions in real-world applications.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML integration.
• Strong knowledge of industry use cases in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, or IT services.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts.
• Passion for mentorship, knowledge sharing, and skill development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Hands-on AI/ML project experience is mandatory.
• Relevant certifications (AWS AI/ML, Azure AI Engineer, Google AI, etc.) preferred.
