The ideal candidate will be a hands-on expert in AI and open-source technologies with a strong passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of AI professionals. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with our team to develop AI training programs aligned with real-world industry use cases. Perform training needs analysis to identify learner skill gaps and design customized training roadmaps. Incorporate open-source technologies in the training curriculum and encourage community-driven innovation. Mentor learners through projects, live builds, and capstone assignments, ensuring practical skill acquisition. Create training content, documentation, assessments, and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement. Evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and learner feedback to enhance training impact. Required Qualifications: Proven ability to design AI curriculum in collaboration with Our Subject Matter Experts. Hands-on expertise with open-source AI/ML tools, including Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face. Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, engaging way. Experience conducting training needs assessments and building personalized learning paths.
