AI Telephony Verification System Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team for the development of an AI-based automated lead verification system. This system will integrate an Asterisk server, GSM Gateway, and OpenAI’s Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and Language Model (LLM) APIs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telephony systems, AI, and cloud-based technologies to create a seamless and effective solution for automating client lead verification via voice calls.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement an AI-driven telephony verification system.
• Integrate the Asterisk server with our GSM Gateway to facilitate automated calls.
• Implement OpenAI’s STT, TTS, and LLM for real-time speech recognition, response generation, and client verification.
• Ensure smooth communication between the telephony infrastructure and AI components.
• Build efficient workflows to ensure accurate client data verification without manual intervention.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and scale the system for high performance and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in working with Asterisk servers and GSM gateways.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with OpenAI technologies (STT, TTS, LLM).
• Proficiency in telephony integration, call management, and automation systems.
• Experience in developing, deploying, and scaling AI-based applications.
• Familiarity with API integration, database management, and cloud environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with telephony scripting languages and protocols (e.g., SIP, PJSIP).
• Prior experience in building lead verification or customer interaction systems.
• Familiarity with AI-driven chatbots and voice assistants.
• Knowledge of telecommunication security best practices.
