We are hiring an AI Solutions Architect for their Pune office to design and implement scalable, secure AI/ML solutions aligned with business goals. Key responsibilities include architecture design for AI platforms using cloud services, leading technical collaborations and pilot projects, integrating AI models into enterprise workflows, and ensuring compliance with data privacy and ethical standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science or related fields, 8+ years in software architecture with 3+ years in AI/ML, proficiency in machine learning frameworks and cloud platforms, and strong communication skills. Preferred certifications include Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, and Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer. The role requires in-office presence in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

• Design end-to-end AI solutions including data pipelines, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Define architecture for AI/ML platforms using cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI systems.

Technical Leadership

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend AI frameworks, tools, and technologies.
• Lead proof-of-concept and pilot projects to validate AI approaches.

Integration & Deployment

• Integrate AI models into enterprise applications and workflows.
• Design APIs and microservices for model consumption.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment and updates.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure AI solutions comply with data privacy, ethical AI, and regulatory standards.
• Define best practices for model explainability, fairness, and bias mitigation.

🧪Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Data Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with 3+ years in AI/ML.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and ML Ops tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI).
• Familiarity with data engineering tools (Spark, Kafka, Airflow).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate

• AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty

• Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer
