About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned AI Software Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI-driven software solutions.

If you have a B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field (Ph.D. preferred), with the deep expertise in AI processing, a solid foundation in the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and a strong command of MVC architecture.

You will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical implementation, while mentoring teams and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

· Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical

requirements.

· Collaborate with internal teams to prepare comprehensive Business Requirement

Specification (BRS) documents.

· Translate requirements into scalable, maintainable architecture using modern design

principles.

· Design end-to-end AI processing pipelines, including data ingestion, model training/inference, and deployment.

· Select and implement appropriate ML/DL/GenAI frameworks, data architectures, and

integration patterns.

· Drive the entire project lifecycle from Proof of Concept (PoC) to Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to full production deployment.

· Ensure robust architectural standards across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

· Guide and manage cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, and QA

engineers.

· Enforce best practices in software engineering, code quality, architecture design, and security.

· Present solutions, architectural designs, and technical roadmaps to both technical and non- technical stakeholders.

· Serve as a trusted advisor for clients and internal teams, facilitating smooth communication and solution alignment.

· Mentor developers and junior architects, promoting knowledge sharing and skills

development.

· Foster a collaborative, innovative, and agile development environment across the

organization.

Must-Have Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Senior Developer/Software Architect with hands-on AI/ML project experience.

· Strong understanding of AI processing pipelines, model lifecycle, and cloud-based AI services.

· Expertise in MVC architecture, microservices, and scalable system design.

· Solid grasp of the SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

Good to Have:

· Experience with MLOps tools and platforms.

· Prior experience working in product-based AI startups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹175,000.00 per year
