Join us as an AI & Shared Orchestration Platform Lead We’re looking for someone with real influence and good organisational skills to lead us toagreed targets We’ll look to you to lead the conceptualisation, design and development of a true pan-C&I AI & Shared Orchestration technology stack You’ll be delivering, owning and maintaining the platform’s operational stability and performance technology You’ll also be able to really make this role your own, allowing excellent exposure for you and your work We’re offering this role at director level What you'll do We’ll be asking you to own the remediation of technical issues and the simplification and improvement of the platform architecture and technology. You’ll build the platform roadmap, working with the centres of excellence to make sure you have the right the resources. You’ll be ensuring that the ambitious AI roadmap balances the strong need for pace and innovation with the right control and governance framework for the core models and the Agents using those models. On top of this, you’ll use your expertise to make sure that business solutions are optimised for our customers’ needs and the overall technology strategy. You’ll Also Be Taking ownership of the financial, commercial and flow performance of the platform Managing the platform risk culture, making sure that teams effectively collaborate to mitigate risk Delivering the regulatory reporting and managing the relevant budgets provided The skills you'll need In this role, you’ll need to have in-depth domain or platform product knowledge and experience. You’ll also need a deep understanding of a pan-journey horizontal architecture, its benefits and key pitfalls to avoid. Operational risk management, financial management, collaboration and negotiation are all important elements of this role, as is strong commercial acumen with an acute understanding of the business landscape. You’ll need deep knowledge of AI, navigating model governance and ‘path to production’ for GenAI systems in general and Agentic AI in particular. You’ll Also Be Expected To Have The ability to influence the stakeholders in technology and business on the value of the stack and navigate the execution path Strong leadership skills, including Agile and servant leadership experience Architecture, design and engineering skills, relevant to the specific platform Experience of working and running high performance, large scaled Agile and non-Agile programmes, projects and teams Show more Show less
