Job Description

Own the roadmap for AI features (embryo‑monitoring analytics, predictive maintenance, quality‑vision tools) and align R&D, quality, software, and commercial teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritise AI product features that add clinical or operational value.
  • Translate regulatory and user requirements into clear specs and user stories.
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming and release schedules.
  • Track KPIs (accuracy, adoption, ROI) and iterate based on feedback.
  • Coordinate risk and compliance reviews with QA/RA.
  • Present product updates to leadership and external partners.
  • Willing to travel/ relocate


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or Biomedical Engineering.
  • 5 + years in product management (at least 2 yrs in med‑tech, life‑science or regulated software).
  • Familiarity with ISO 13485 / FDA 21 CFR 820 or EU MDR.
  • Strong stakeholder‑management and documentation skills.


Preferred

  • Master’s in Business or Biomedical field.
  • Exposure to IVF, lab automation or imaging products.
  • Agile/Scrum certification.
