Your goal is to embed Bez into real workflows, surface failure modes/automation opportunities, and convert insights into product improvements with our world-class engineering team.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end onboarding from kickoff to full production use (typically 2–3 weeks).

• Fine-tune the product (design-led):

   stress-test features with real briefs, log reproducible issues, craft prompt→output datasets, annotate assets, and define acceptance criteria/evals.

• Train and champion users:

   teach prompt craft and AI-assisted jewellery design; deliver workshops; produce SOPs, prompt libraries, and quick-start guides.

• Customer support:

   act as first line for key accounts; triage requests; unblock users; translate feedback into clear, prioritized product tickets.

• Design delivery:

   produce concept variations, tech packs, and production-ready assets using AI + CAD, aligned to brand DNA and manufacturing constraints.

You’ll Thrive Here If You…

• Have 

  1–2 years

   in jewellery design at a brand/studio/manufacturer 

  or

   a portfolio showing equivalent capability.

• Are fluent in 

  prompt engineering

   (structure, parameters/negatives, iterative refinement, lightweight evals).

• Work comfortably with 

  Rhino/MatrixGold

   or 

  Blender/ZBrush

  , 

  Adobe CC

  , and modern GenAI tools

• Understand manufacturing basics (settings, tolerances, materials; 3D print/CAM readiness).

• Communicate clearly with clients; enjoy teaching non-tech-savvy users; write crisp SOPs and playbooks.

• Speak fluent 

  English and Hindi

   (bonus: Gujarati, Bengali, Marathi).

Nice to Haves

• Client-facing depth:

   led trainings/onboardings or owned key customer relationships.

• Portfolio breadth:

   modern/minimal, classic/heritage, bridal/high-jewellery, fashion/costume, and regional Indian styles.

• Industry relations:

   warm ties with manufacturers, casting houses, service bureaux, stone suppliers, design schools, and trade bodies.

Compensation + Perks

• ₹60,000–₹75,000 per month

   (retainer) + performance-based bonus.

• Freelance/contract; India-based; remote with occasional on-site at client locations.
