AI Intern – Technical Data (3-Month Internship)

About the Role

We are looking for analytical and tech-driven AI Interns to support our data, operations, and marketing teams. This internship is ideal for students interested in applying AI and data-driven solutions to real business challenges such as workflow optimization, forecasting, inventory planning, and digital marketing analytics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Workflow Improvement Using AI Tools

• Analyse current operational workflows and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, data processing tools) to streamline tasks and build faster, scalable processes.

2. Forecasting & Inventory Management

• Assist in demand forecasting using AI-based models and data trends.
• Support inventory planning by analysing sales patterns, seasonality, and supply chain data.
• Help develop predictive insights to optimise stock levels and reduce overstocking/stockouts.
• Visualise forecasting outputs for internal reports and decision-making.

3. Digital Marketing Spends & Analytics

• Analyse marketing spend data across platforms (Google, Meta, influencers, etc.).
• Use AI tools to evaluate campaign performance and identify cost optimisation opportunities.
• Support the marketing team with insights on budget allocation and growth opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Undergraduate or postgraduate student in Data Science, Business Analytics, AI/ML, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
• Strong knowledge of Excel/Google sheets.
• Familiarity with AI tools for automation, summarisation, or analytics.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
