AI Integration & Automation Consultant

Job Overview

We are looking for an AI Integration & Automation Consultant to help streamline operations and enhance efficiency across our e-commerce platforms. This role focuses on building, integrating, and managing AI-powered automations for customer service, product uploads, catalogs, marketing, and SEO. You will design and maintain intelligent workflows that reduce manual work and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Chatbots & Customer Support
• Set up and maintain AI chatbots to handle customer inquiries on Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, and social platforms.
• Automate responses for FAQs, order confirmations, and shipping updates.
• E-Commerce Automations
• Automate product uploads using Excel/CSV templates across Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, and other marketplaces.
• Build scripts/workflows to sync product data, stock updates, and price changes.
• Workflow Automation
• Create and manage workflows in Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar tools to connect emails, CRM, orders, and marketing.
• Ensure data flows smoothly across platforms (Shopify, Etsy, Gmail, Google Drive, Social Media).
• AI Content Creation
• Develop AI prompts to generate product descriptions, SEO meta tags, blogs, and catalog content.
• Assist in building branded catalog PDFs using AI and automation pipelines.
• Marketing & SEO Support
• Automate posting schedules for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Support SEO automation (keyword extraction, meta tags, alt text, structured data).
• Monitoring & Optimization
• Track the performance of AI automations and refine for accuracy.
• Provide regular reports on workflow efficiency, time saved, and impact on sales.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.).
• Familiarity with e-commerce systems (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon Seller Central).
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Jasper, or similar).
• Understanding of Excel/CSV automation for bulk product uploads.
• Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in e-commerce or digital marketing automation.
• Technical background in Python, JavaScript, or API scripting (a plus).
• Ability to design AI prompts and workflows tailored for business use.

Employment Type

• Full-time or Consultant (depending on scope).
• Remote/Flexible with availability during key working hours.

Job Types: Permanent, Freelance
Contract length: 20000 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
