About the Role:

We are looking for a talented AI Graphic Designer to power all creative needs for ReBid and our clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced creative agency environment, love experimenting with AI-driven design, and can push boundaries with AI video creation and editing, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create high-quality visual assets for ReBid and its clients — from social posts to campaign creatives, presentations, digital ads, and beyond.
• Use AI tools (like Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar) to generate stunning static and motion graphics.
• Ideate and produce AI-driven videos, including editing and post-production.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and client success teams to ensure visuals align with brand and campaign objectives.
• Stay ahead of design trends, new AI tools, and emerging technologies to keep our creative output fresh and innovative.
• Maintain and manage creative assets, templates, and libraries for fast and efficient turnaround.

Skills & Experience:

✅ Experience: 0–3 years working in a creative agency or fast-paced design team.

✅ Skills: Strong grasp of graphic design fundamentals, typography, color theory, and branding.

✅ Tech: Proven experience with AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E) and AI video tools. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

✅ Creative Mindset: A portfolio showcasing diverse design work — static and video — and ideally, examples of AI-generated creative.

✅ Bonus: Motion graphics experience and an eye for storytelling through visuals.

✅ Soft Skills: Self-driven, detail-oriented, collaborative, and excited to experiment with new tools and ways of working.
