AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize advanced image processing and AI algorithms for high-precision inspection applications
• Work with large-scale data, handle unsupervised learning, and perform anomaly detection
• Design and implement DL architectures (CNNs, GANs, Transformers)
• Deploy end-to-end ML/DL solutions in production environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance AI-driven features
• Communicate ideas clearly and effectively through technical documentation and presentations

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

• Education (from Tier 1 Institutes only):
• Ph.D.: 0+ years
• M.Tech/MS: Minimum 3+ years
• B.Tech/M.Sc: Minimum 4+ years
• (Tier 1 Institutes include: IITs, IIITs, IISC, NITs, VIT, PSG, CEG, and similar Tier-1 state colleges)
• Industry Background: Product-based companies only (Semiconductor background is a plus)

• Core Skills (Min. 4 years):
• AI / Machine Learning / Deep Learning
• Computer Vision / Image Processing (Min. 2 years)
• Experience with DL frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch
• Strong hands-on with Python or C++ on Linux
• Deep understanding of DL architectures: CNN, GANs, Transformers
• Strong mathematical ability to formulate problems into algorithms
• Must have worked minimum 2 years continuously in the current or past organization
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Candidates currently working at HCL
• Job hoppers with less than 2 years’ tenure in recent companies
• Candidates not open to relocation to Chennai

⭐ Nice to Have

• Degree in CSE, IT, ECE, or Data Science
• Prior experience in semiconductor or vision-based product development companies
• Hands-on experience in unsupervised learning, model optimization, and end-to-end ML pipeline deployment

• 2 Non-technical Rounds
• Final selection via panel

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
