Technical Program Manager Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite, Yerwada) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Experience Required: 10+ Years Interview Process: 2-3 Technical Rounds (US Panel) Relocation Expenses: Not Applicable About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale digital initiatives. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on delivering technology-driven solutions while optimizing resource allocation and team performance. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Recruiting, and Finance teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery and top-tier client satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project Delivery Lead cross-functional projects involving multiple program teams. Own project plans, timelines, release management, scope, and delivery. Drive Agile/Scrum practices and organizational lean-agile maturity. Monitor dependencies and ensure production readiness at launch. Present project status and metrics to stakeholders and leadership. Conduct effective meetings and ensure crisp, timely decision-making. Client & Stakeholder Management Build trust-based client relationships with clear, strategic communication. Act as the escalation point for engagement or consultant-related issues. Manage client expectations, feedback loops, and overall satisfaction. Resource & Operations Management Drive staffing decisions aligned with project strategy and margin goals. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify and deploy top candidates. Support onboarding and ensure smooth deployment of new hires. Optimize utilization and resource planning across programs and practices. Provide financial burn reports and resource metrics to internal teams. Team Engagement Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and agile planning across distributed teams. Coach team members and consultants; support their goals and development. Monitor key performance indicators and lead continuous improvement efforts. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years in Project/Program/Consultant Operations in a professional services environment. 3-5 years as a Scrum Master with strong Agile delivery experience. Strong technical acumen in Web, Mobile, and Cloud application projects. Proficiency in JIRA , Confluence , and Agile PM tools. Experience in resource management , client engagement , and people-based consulting (preferably with Fortune 500 clients). Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making abilities. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus. Nice to Have Knowledge or background in Cryptography . Experience managing delivery in large-scale, high-stakes technical environments.
