AI Engineer

Interbiz Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an AI Professional with strong hands-on experience in Chatbot and Voice Assistant development using Python and Microsoft Azure Cloud focused.

This is a full-time opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys building intelligent conversational interfaces and optimizing ML models for diverse real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain chatbots & voice assistants using Azure Bot Services & LUIS
• Integrate Azure Cognitive Services (Speech-to-Text, QnA Maker, etc.)
• Develop and deploy ML/NLP models using Python and TensorFlow
• Create custom algorithms and optimize existing models for performance
• Collaborate with remote teams to deliver project-based AI solutions
• Analyze user data and improve the performance of conversational agents

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in AI/ML or related roles.
• Proven experience in AI/ML development, NLP, and algorithm design
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and modern ML libraries
• Hands-on with Microsoft Azure AI stack (Bot Framework, LUIS, Cognitive Services)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a working friendly environment
• Degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Azure OpenAI / LLM integration
• Familiarity with vector search and semantic embeddings
• Previous project development or consulting experience
• Understanding of Voice UX/UI best practices
• Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or fintech AI projects.
• Contributions to research, GitHub projects, or open-source AI tools.
• Knowledge of data pipelines and big data tools (Spark, Databricks, etc.).
