What You'll Do:

• Design and develop large-scale recommendation systems (ranking, retrieval, personalization, collaborative & content-based filtering).
• Build and deploy Generative AI solutions using LLMs for personalization, content generation, and intelligent user interactions.
• Own end-to-end ML lifecycle as data pipelines, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Optimize model performance for latency, scalability, and cost in high-traffic production environments.
• Collaborate closely with product, backend, and data teams to align AI systems with business objectives.

Who You Are:

• 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning / AI engineering with strong production exposure.
• Deep expertise in recommendation systems, including ranking models, embeddings, user/item representations, and real-time inference.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI & LLMs (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, agents, model orchestration).
• Strong programming skills in Python with experience using ML frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow) and data tools.
• Experience building and scaling AI systems on cloud infrastructure, including model deployment, monitoring, and A/B experimentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a product-first mindset.
• Self-starter who thrives in high-ownership, fast-paced environments.
