AI Engineer (Agentic AI)

About The Role
We are seeking an AI Engineer with experience in Agentic AI to design, build, and deploy next-generation intelligent systems. Agentic AI is an emerging field where AI models are equippedwith reasoning, planning, and tool-using capabilities—moving beyond static predictions toautonomous, multi-step decision-making.In this role, you will work at the forefront of AI innovation, developing AI agents that caninteract with APIs, tools, and knowledge systems to solve complex tasks. You will collaboratewith data scientists, backend, frontend and cloud engineers to design scalable, safe, and reliableagentic workflows.Key Responsibilities - Design and implement AI agent architectures capable of reasoning, planning, andexecuting multi-step workflows. - Integrate LLMs and reasoning models with external tools, APIs, and databases to enabledynamic decision-making. - Develop orchestration frameworks for multi-agent collaboration and human-in-the-loopsystems. - Optimize agent performance through fine-tuning, prompt engineering, reinforcementlearning, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). - Ensure robustness, safety, and interpretability of agentic systems. - Stay up to date with emerging research in autonomous agents, reasoning models, andmulti-modal AI. - Collaborate with product teams to translate business challenges into agentic AI-poweredsolutions.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, with a strong foundation in modeldevelopment, deployment, and scaling ML systems. - Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.) and frameworkssuch as LangChain, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, or similar. - Strong programming skills in Python and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, orAzure). - Familiarity with multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, or planning algorithms. - Practical experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) for agent-tool interoperability. - Experience integrating AI models with APIs, databases, or enterprise systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning, or prompt optimization. - Exposure to autonomous agents in production (e.g., task automation, workfloworchestration, decision-support systems). - Contributions to open-source agentic AI projects - Understanding of AI safety, ethics, and interpretability in autonomous systems.
