About the Role

We are looking for a skilled AI Developer with strong hands-on experience in AI Development to contribute to the development of our innovative AI-driven HR Software platform. You will design and implement autonomous agents to improve workflow automation and decision intelligence.

Interview Process:
The interview process will be completely virtual, and shortlisted candidates should be prepared to relocate to Mohali upon joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Agentic AI solutions with a multi-agent architecture
• Implement LLM-based features for HR applications (hiring, onboarding, analytics, etc.)
• Build prompt workflows, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration systems
• Integrate AI models with APIs, backend services & production environments
• Work with structured/unstructured HR data and enhance model reliability
• Optimize AI agent performance and maintain production-level quality
• Collaborate closely with product, backend, and DevOps teams

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks:
• LangChain Agents, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar
• Strong Python programming
• Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG
• Experience with vector databases: Pinecone / FAISS / ChromaDB
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Familiarity with version control and API integrations
