AI Developer

As an AI Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI/ML solutions for our job search and resume intelligence platform. Your role will involve working on resume parsing, skill inference, job-function classification, personalized recommendations, and career guidance features, integrating with large-scale Spring Boot microservices and web/mobile applications. Key Responsibilities: - Develop AI-powered resume parsing systems for structured data extraction from PDFs, DOCX, and images. - Implement skills and job-function inference models using LLMs, transformers, or domain-specific embeddings. - Build AI-driven recommendation engines for job-matching, ranking, and career suggestions. - Design natural language generation (NLG) modules for writing jobseeker descriptions, career summaries, and cover letters. - Train and fine-tune domain-specific LLMs using resume/job data. - Integrate AI services into existing Spring Boot APIs, Next.js frontend, and mobile apps. - Research and implement state-of-the-art NLP/LLM techniques for job search and career intelligence. Required Skills (Core AI/ML Skills): - Strong in Natural Language Processing (NLP) including Named Entity Recognition, text classification, embeddings, and similarity search. - Experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, DJL, QwenInference, LLaMA, etc. - Proficiency in resume parsing & job-related models like BERT, Sentence Transformers, spaCy, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. - Knowledge of recommendation system design including collaborative filtering and ranking algorithms. - Familiarity with vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, and Milvus. Programming & Tools: - Proficiency in Python (Transformers, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Scikit-learn). - Experience with Java (Spring Boot) for integration of AI services into backend APIs. - Familiarity with SQL/MySQL for handling structured jobseeker/employer data. - Knowledge of API Development using REST and gRPC. DevOps & Infrastructure: - Experience with containerisation & orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure (EC2, RDS, S3, SageMaker, Lambda). - Proficiency in CI/CD practices using tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions. Preferred Skills: - Experience in job search, recruitment tech, or HRTech platforms. - Knowledge of resume formats such as JSON Resume, HR-XML, Europass. - Familiarity with AI bias/fairness in hiring. - Exposure to Firebase for chat data and application metadata. - Hands-on experience with vector search, retrieval augmented generation (RAG) for job recommendation. Educational Background: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field. - Certifications in AI/ML, NLP, or cloud platforms are a plus.,
